The potential client has secured all vendors, and only need a Day of Coordinator to ensure the day of the event is handled timely, smoothly, and professionally. This package is designed for those who have decided on vendors, started the planning process, but may need recommendation and/or assistance ensuring everything is completed with the vendors. Please note, this package does not begin services until sixty (60) days prior to the event date. At said time, as the partial planner, we will step in and relieve the client from all further communications. At this time, all vendors should be finalized on their expectations, and the partial planner will be the contact person going forward. This is the ultimate package and comes with everything in the Day of Coordinating and Silver Planning Package. This package is ideal for clients who do not know where to start and need help from the beginning phase until the end. Services for this package will begin one year from the date of the event (no services will start prior to that time; however, major vendors will be secured).
